These quick snacks require minimum time in the kitchen and are very easy to put together. Surprise your guests with different flavours and textures to get your party off to a great start. Here goes:

Slice Red Peppers into strips and sauté them for 2-3 minutes in olive oil. When cooled down, mix them with a hearty green – think finely chopped Coriander, Parsley or Capers. Use as toppings on toasted slices of Baguettes which you can get fresh from your nearest supermarket.
2. Deviled Egg with Crunchy Cheese Filling [Recipe by www.formybelly.com]

Cut a dozen boiled eggs in half. Remove the yolks, and place in a medium sized bowl. Add 4 tbsp Greek yogurt or Mayonnaise, 2 tbsp ketchup, 3 tbsp of finely chopped onions and carrots (or any other vegetable which would give a nice crunch) and 1/4 cup of grated parmesan cheese. Stir until mixed well. Spoon the mixture into the egg white halves, garnish with parsley and serve.
3. Fresh Salsa with Tortilla chips [Recipe by www.formybelly.com]

Mix 6-8 finely chopped tomatoes, 1/2 cup of finally chopped Coriander, 1 can of Corn, 1/4 cup of finely chopped Green Onions, 2 cloves of minced Garlic and 1 tsp of Paprika or Mexican Seasoning. Add a squeeze of lime to finish it off. You can puree the mixture also for a sauce like consistency. Serve with your favourite pack of Tortilla chips!
4. Tiny Pizza Pies [Recipe by www.formybelly.com]

Pre-heat the oven to 400° F. Using a round cookie or biscuit cutter, cut out as many circles as possible from a large frozen margherita (cheese) pizza. Avoid the crust.
Transfer to a baking sheet. Sprinkle with the toppings such as olives, sun dried tomatoes, marinated mushrooms, sliced salami. Bake until warm, 5-10 minutes. Top with any fresh herbs (optional) like basil, parsley, and oregano. Serve.
5. Simple Potato Chips dressed in Tuna [Recipe by www.formybelly.com]

Cut 1/2 pound sushi-grade Tuna into small cubes. In a bowl, combine Tuna, 1 tbsp finely chopped Chives, 1 tbsp toasted Sesame Oil, 2 tsp Soy Sauce with some salt and 1/2 tsp lemon zest. Cover and keep for an hour in refrigerator.
To serve, spoon tuna mixture onto premium quality potato chips. Garnish with some finely chopped chives and zest. Serve.
