She calls it the Wonder Diet and here it goes!! Wonder Diet Day 1 Only fruits as many as you want. No bananas. 5 litres of water. Day 2 2 large boiled potatoes for breakfast. Vegetables raw or cooked as many as you want. 5 litres of water. Day 3 Vegetables and fruits. As much as you want but no potatoes or bananas. 5 litres of water. Day 4 1.5 litres of milk and 8 bananas. 5 litres of water. Day 5 6 tomatoes and 1 small cup rice and 6 litres of water. Day 6 1 cup boiled/ steamed rice and vegetables. 5 litres of water.
