Udi udi jaaye, udi udi jaaye, Dil ki patang dekho udi udi jaaye..

These lines fit so perfectly the moment I get to know that there’s a GurgaonMoms event.
And when they announced an event for the Gujarati community…Matlab how can I not go… Garba and I are like soulmates.
One more clarification… although I stay in Noida, there’s a proper road between my home and Gurgaon and no jungles and animals in-between. The reason I attend most of the events is because I feel so good and wanted and loved by GurgaonMoms members.

I have always marvelled at the amazing value I get at these events apart from the tons of fun. What does one expect in 1k rupees…lunch de do bohot hai and maybe a DJ. But noooo, what we get is decor that makes us look beautiful, and three professional performances by amazingly energetic women from the Gujarati Samaj , the Chail Chabeelis which was a vibrant group of expat moms  and our very own GurgaonMoms that formed the Rangeelo group — all wearing these white and red layered lehengas which are the current season favourite. And wait.. the list of goodies includes a power packed performance from these beautiful expats who made us envious of their energy…I was like how could they dance better than us on Indian music? (Maybe they eat only boiled stuff…let’s feed them Indian food everyday .
And so many gifts including a box of apples. OMG .. don’t you feel thats a superrr se bhi uperrr idea…who gives apples as gifts? I mean people who are conscious and concerned about our environment…right?
So all in all, I would say that humne GurgaonMoms ko loot liya. And the best part is that the organisers know it and believe in going way beyond our expectations for every event that they host. That’s why I love this amazing platform that has personally given me my most cherished few minutes of fame as the SareeKiKahani girl, and the fact that I get so much pampering from the GurgaonMoms family.
Thanks for the great time and keep them coming.
