Ingredients

    • Thick Coconut Milk – 1 Cup

    • Gelatin – 1 Table Spoon
    • Castor Sugar – ½ Cup
    • Warm Water – ¼ Cup

     

    Method

    1. Add Gelatin in warm water. Keep aside.
    2. Heat Coconut Milk. Add sugar and Gelatin mixture.
    3. Pour in molds and refrigerate for three hours
