We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Conference Manager to join our team and oversee the planning, organization, and execution of The Mom Achievers Summit. The Conference Manager will be responsible for all aspects of event management, including venue selection, budgeting, scheduling, vendor management, marketing, and onsite coordination.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute all aspects of The Mom Achievers Summit, from initial concept to post-event evaluation.
  • Identify and secure suitable venues for the summit, negotiating contracts and managing relationships with venue staff.
  • Develop and manage event budgets, ensuring financial targets are met and expenses are controlled.
  • Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, speakers, and partners to ensure seamless execution of the event.
  • Oversee marketing and promotional activities to drive attendance and engagement.
  • Manage registration processes, including ticket sales, attendee communication, and onsite registration.
  • Coordinate logistics for speakers, panelists, and special guests, including travel arrangements and accommodations.
  • Develop and maintain event timelines, schedules, and production plans.
  • Lead onsite event management, overseeing setup, registration, sessions, and other activities to ensure a positive attendee experience.
  • Evaluate event success and identify areas for improvement, incorporating feedback into future planning.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in conference or event management, preferably in the professional development or women’s empowerment space.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams, external partners, and stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Proficient in event management software and tools.
