Healthiest Tikki (Cutlet) ever : Broccoli Oats ( Inspired by Nita Mehta) and my dear friend Smita.
Ingredients & Method
- Sauté onions and finely chopped broccoli.
- If desired chopped green chilli.
- Add roasted crushed peanuts.
- In a separate pan sauté oats.
- Add about a cup of milk and cook until thick.
- Add salt and pepper.
- Mix both the ingredients together.
- Cool ( preferably in a frig) .
- With wet palms shape tikkis ( cutlets ) and pan fry.
These are SO delicious!!
