Healthiest Tikki (Cutlet) ever : Broccoli Oats ( Inspired by Nita Mehta) and my dear friend Smita.

Ingredients & Method
  • Sauté onions and finely chopped broccoli.
  • If desired chopped green chilli.
  • Add roasted crushed peanuts.
  • In a separate pan sauté oats.
  • Add about a cup of milk and cook until thick.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix both the ingredients together.
  • Cool ( preferably in a frig) .
  • With wet palms shape tikkis ( cutlets ) and pan fry.

These are SO delicious!!
