Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups whole wheat flour sifted with a tsp salt , 1/2 tsp each baking powder & baking soda
  • 1/2 cup Oats
  • One egg with two tsp vanilla essence and 1/2 cup coconut oil beaten together
  • Loads of almonds chopped
  • 1/4 cup Jaggery

Method

  • Mix all together well.
  • Roll , flatten
  • Bake and enjoy!!
