By entering your details in the fields above, you agree to allow the organisers of the The Mom Summit and companies associated with this event to contact you (by mail, email or fax) regarding their services. If you do not wish to receive such communications, please contact us in writing. As a registered delegate your name, designation, and company details will be placed on the attendee list which will be passed to sponsoring companies and to all attendees (in the conference pack and on a search facility on our website accessible by a password) for them to see who else is at the conference for the purpose of networking and meetings.
Unless you expressly notify the organizers, photos and videos featuring you can be used by the organizers on Social Media or Website.

Occasionally, at our discretion, we may include or offer third-party products or services on our website. These third-party sites have separate and independent privacy policies. We, therefore, have no responsibility or liability for the content and activities of these linked sites. Nonetheless, we seek to protect the integrity of our site and welcome any feedback about these sites.

The Mom Summit’s management reserves the right to qualify all registrants and allow or prohibit anyone from attending the event.
Registration Fee
All ticket sales are final.
Substitution of registrations may be made at any time a week prior to the Conference start date but must be approved and will be at The Mom Summit organizer’s discretion. Please reach out to [email protected] for the same.
The registration fee is payable in advance and includes presentations, refreshment breaks, lunches, and access to the event.
Cancellation/Refunds
- If for any unforeseen reason the event is canceled by the organizer, a refund of the registration fee will be initiated to the in-person attendees after deducting taxes and processing fees. Should the event be postponed to its backup dates, the registration will be carried forward and stand valid.
In the unlikely event that a speaker cancels, every effort will be made to find a replacement speaker of equivalent experience.
The organisers reserve the right to make alterations to the conference’s programme, venue, and timings at any time.
Access Requirements
Customers are encouraged to utilize their e-tickets as their primary form of event access. Spouses and/or additional attendees accompanying the delegates will require a pass to attend any part of the conference/functions. To help us ensure that all delegates attending the conference are able to participate fully, please let us know about any requirements you have by contacting [email protected]
Dietary Requirements
We always provide vegetarian options at our conferences, but please inform us if you need us to cater to any other dietary requirements.
