Ingredients
| Button Mushroom | 150 Gms |
| Shitake Mushroom | 100 Gms |
| Chopped Spring Onion | 30 Gms |
| Chopped Green Chilly | 1 tsp |
| Chopped Garlic | 1 tblsp |
| Butter Cubes | 2 nos(50 GRAMS) |
| Salt | to Taste |
| White Pepper | ¼ Th tsp |
| Sugar | ½ tsp |
| Rice wine | 10 ml |
Method
- Soak shitake mushrooms (1 hour in Luke warm water), drain water properly.
- Add seasoning dust with cornflour & deep fry both the mushrooms.
- In a ready wok, pour 1tsp of oil.
- Add Chopped Garlic & sauté.
- Put all the Ingredients &toss it properly.
- Finish with wine.
