Homework hires a large blue collar work force and during these difficult times they are probably the most vulnerable and uncertain about what the future holds for them. I decided to boost their morale and keep them remaining positive and strong I would get them to send me short videos on what they were doing in their homes and how they were spending time with their family.
Almost all of them sent me small videos of how they were cleaning their tiny spaces . These are only a few videos as a lot of the staff was shy to send me anything but perhaps they will at some point. A lot of these boys are on Facebook and the fact that they can see themselves on a video is enough to give them a short burst of positivity. And I guess I also want them to know that we will stand by and support them for as long as we possibly can and ofcourse for the hope that tomorrow will be a better day
