Just two key ingredients and you have a restaurant style starter/appetizer “fusion” dish in the comfort of your own home.
I tried Veeba Teriyaki Stir Fry Sauce for the very first time and it is one complete solution to any recipe from the genre. This sauce can be tried with Chicken as well. It is an easy going product which makes the lives of people like us-who are always on their toes-much simpler and easy. Loved the flavor. A must try product from Veeba.
1 cup corn (American corn goes well)
Veeba Teriyaki Stir Fry sauce
Oil to fry
2-3 tbsps corn flour
Salt to taste
Chaat masala/lemon juice/red chilli powder/finely chopped onions/finely chopped tomatoes/finely chopped green chillies to taste

Preparation time: 15-20 minutes
Pat the corns kernels with a dry tissue paper/cotton cloth.
Ensure there is no water content.
Add the corn flour, a pinch of salt and red chilli powder as per taste.
Mix it all well. Now deep fry the corn kernels till they become golden brown.
Take them out on a paper napkin.
In a separate pan, add 1 tbsp oil. To that add 3-4 tbsps of Veeb Teriyaki Stir fry sauce.
Give it a little mix and then add the fired corn kernels. Stir fry for about 2-3 minutes or till the sauce gets evenly mixed with the corn.
Now remove it in a dish and add the onions/tomatoes/green chilles/coriander/chaat masala and lemon juice à all this to taste.
Serve hot. It tastes superb and totally restaurant style
