Fish with Parsley in Honey Mustard Sauce


  • 8 Fish Fillet
  • 4 tsp coriander seeds
  • 2 tsp caraway seeds
  • 2 tsp cumin seeds
  • 2 tsp crushed red chilli flakes
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • Sauce Veeba Honey Mustard Sauce
  • 75 g Parsley leaves 


Pulse the parsley leaves with Veeba Honey Mustard Sauce and keep aside.Toast the seeds and chilli flakes in a frying pan over medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes,  then put it into a pestle and mortar and grind to a powder. Transfer to a bowl, add the oil and stir to make a paste. Marinate the fish fillet into this paste for 30 minutes. Heat a grill pan and cook the fish for 10 to 15 minutes or until dry n crispy.

In a serving platter, arrange all the fillets and pour the sauce over it. Serve!
