Bone less Chicken leg | 250 Gms |
Water Chestnut Chopped | 50 Gms |
Crushed Black Pepper | 1 tblsp |
Cream | 1 tblsp |
Soya | 1 tsp |
Oyster Sauce | 1 tblsp |
Salt | to Taste |
White Pepper | ¼ Th tsp |
Sugar | ½ tsp |
Chopped Spring Onion | 10 Gms |
Chopped Onion | 20 Gms |
Chopped Ginger & Garlic | 1 + 1 tsp |
Knorr Chicken stock | 1 Cube (20 Grams) |
Method
- Cut the boneless Chicken in diced pieces.
- Marinate the Chicken with seasoning & shallow fry it.
- Ready wok, pour some oil, and add chopped ginger & garlic, sauté, add chopped onion, water chestnut, black pepper & again sauté.
- Add all the ingredients & stock.
- Put some cornflour liquid to make it thick.
- Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion & Serve.
