| Button Mushroom | 50 Gms |
| Shitake Mushroom | 50 Gms |
| Bean curd | 50 Gms |
| Bockchoy | 75 Gms |
| Zucchini | 25 Gms |
| Chopped Black bean | 1 tblsp |
| Soya | 1 tsp |
| Chopped Garlic | 1tsp |
| Salt | to Taste |
| Sugar | ½ tsp |
| White Pepper | ¼ Th tsp |
| Vinegar | 1 tsp |
Method
- At First Shallow fry the zucchini & Bean curd & keep a side.
- Then heat wok, pour some oil, add chopped garlic, Black bean & sauté.
- Add all the ingredients & add stock, pour some cornflour to thicken.
- Finish with Vinegar.
- Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion.
