Healthy Pan Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 cups sooji flour
- 1 cup oat flour
- 2 tsp whole wheat flour
- 1 cup yoghurt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 cup cold water
- Vegetable to top up the pizza
- Pizza sauce - tomato purée 2 tsp , sriracha sauce-1 tsp ,
- Chili flakes and oregano
- Grated cheddar or mozzarella enough to top up
- 1 Cheese slice
Instructions
- Make a batter with sooji flour , oat flour , yoghurt ,baking powder , baking soda and water
- Rest for 10 mins
- Take. A non stick pan and add oil just a little, heat it moderately.
- Spread the batter like a pizza and cook on one side
- Flip it and add tomato sauce, vegetable and cheese
- Once it cooks well serve it immediately!! Enjoy
