Healthy Pan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cups sooji flour
  • 1 cup oat flour
  • 2 tsp whole wheat flour
  • 1 cup yoghurt
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1 cup cold water
  • Vegetable to top up the pizza
  • Pizza sauce - tomato purée 2 tsp , sriracha sauce-1 tsp ,
  • Chili flakes and oregano
  • Grated cheddar or mozzarella enough to top up
  • 1 Cheese slice

Instructions

    1. Make a batter with sooji flour , oat flour , yoghurt ,baking powder , baking soda and water
    2. Rest for 10 mins
    3. Take. A non stick pan and add oil just a little, heat it moderately.
    4. Spread the batter like a pizza and cook on one side
    5. Flip it and add tomato sauce, vegetable and cheese
    6. Once it cooks well serve it immediately!! Enjoy
