Method

  • At First Shallow fry the zucchini & Bean curd & keep a side.
  • Then heat wok, pour some oil, add chopped garlic, Black bean & sauté.
  • Add all the ingredients & add stock, pour some cornflour to thicken.
  • Finish with Vinegar.
  • Garnish with Chopped Spring Onion.
