The Durathon run will take place on 25th March 2018, Sunday and aims to encourage each member of the family to unlock their true power and improve their performance. This time the race has been split into 2 categories, the 5 KM run will start from Central Park, Barakhamba Road till Mandi House and back, and the 2 KM run will be a Full Circle run of the Central Park, Connaught Place. The 5K run will be flagged off at 6: 30 AM and 2K run at 7: 00 AM.
This has been done to better suit the different preferences of the runners. It’s not just a marathon, but also a special family fun time to cherish the bond by running together. Winning is not important here, but what really matters is that the entire family runs hand in hand and makes it a run to remember and cherish forever. Mandira who thoroughly enjoyed running the Mumbai marathon says, “Being a fitness enthusiast and a mom, I am very excited to be a part of Durathon’s Delhi edition, where I will get an opportunity to run along with my son. My experience with last year’s Durathon in Mumbai was great, where I discovered my son to be a runner as he comfortably completed the 2kms run with me.
