| Shreddedd Ginger | 5 Gm |
| Bell Pepper (Red & Yellow) | 50 Gm |
| Capsicum Green | 10gm |
| Chopped Spring Onion | 5 Gm |
| Salt | to Taste |
| White Pepper | 1 GM |
Method
- In a hot wok put some oil add ginger, bell pepper , green capsicum and saute .
- All this put the rice.
- Add seasoning.
- Finish with spring onion.
