After the exhausting and indulging festivities, we all want to adapt healthy eating habits (at least for a little while).
Staying away from fried, excess salt and sugar will definitely help.

It tastes amazing. It is very easy to make and you can try experimenting with different combinations.

What all is needed to make infused water?
You can add different fresh herb leaves and pieces of fruit. Do not add more than 2 – 3 ingredients, then each flavour will be distinct and yet mild.
 
How to make infused water?
  1. In a large pitcher, add the desired amount of herb leaves and pieces of fruit.
  2. Fill it up with water and leave it for three hours before consuming.
  3. You can also make it and keep it in the fridge overnight.
  4. If you plan to keep in refrigerated, then this water can be used for three days.

What are the different combinations that can be tried for making infused water?
  • My all time favourite is betel leaf and rose petals. Once infused, they give a taste of a delicate pan. Even the water smells amazing!
  • Lemon slices, strawberries cut into half, some mint leaves.
  • Lemongrass and ginger
  • Basil leaves and thinly sliced cucumber
  • Pineapple and mint
  • Rosemary and apple
  • Cucumber, mint and ginger
 
You can think of some exciting combinations too. But There should be no salt or sugar added to the water.
