- 100 gms Paneer( cut into cubes)
- 4 tbsp Veeba Stir fry Teriyaki Sauce
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Broccoli
- Pepper( Red n Yellow sliced)
- A pack of mushrooms
- 2 tbsp butter
- Salt n black pepper to taste
Paneer Teriyaki with Sautéed Vegetables
In a frying pan put butter and all the vegetables, stir n let it cook for 5 minutes. Sprinkle Salt n pepper n switch off the flame.
In another pan, pour olive oil, fry the Paneer Cubes for 2-3 minutes, add Veeba Stir fry Teriyaki Sauce and mix it well, cook for a minutes n remove from flame. In a platter put the Paneer teriyaki on one side and the vegetables on the other. Serve Hot. Perfect for ppl off carbs. Also goes well with a portion of steamed rice for a hearty meal.
This Recipe is the Simplest, Quickest and the tastiest and i realised this when I used Veeba Stir Fry Teriyaki Sauce.
